During monthly drop releases, processing times may extend due to production volume. Estimated timelines will be listed on the product page.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Making Scents Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once processed.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at themakingscents.co@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
